January 6 Observations [Opinion]

  • Ray Epps is seen on video saying “We need to go INTO the Capital”. It appears the goal was to go into the Capital to disrupt the proceeding.
  • The Mayor of D.C. took an oath to the Constitution, as well as all employees in the District of Columbia:
  • In the Code of the District of Columbia, § 5–331.07. Police handling and response to First Amendment assemblies, the following were not followed:
    • § 5–331.07 e1A and e1B: No audible order(s) to disperse were given
  • The Capital after 3 years is withholding January 6 video footage, that can be exculpatory in nature, would be unlawful
  • Was plexiglass always used as the preferred windows treatment for the Capital?
  • The judiciary in Washington, D.C. has not facilitated the adequate means or time for viewing all the video footage of the Capital for police hostages and has kept them from the law library.
  • An event that a few politicians said “worse than 911 and Pearl Harbor”: trials should be televised and cases unsealed for the sake of National Security
  • An issue of concern is that Judges adjudicating on J6 cases are also holders of government bonds. This is a conflict of interest. Judges are not to profiteer from their office.
