A room containing a bar or counter at which liquors are sold, or a room with a bar where liquors and refreshments are served. Mustard v. Elwood, C.C.A.Alaska, 223 F. 225, 226.
The words “bar” and “bar room” have a more restric- tive meaning than “saloon,” and mean a place from which intoxicating liquors are to be sold. Greil Bros. Co. v. Mabson, 179 Ala. 444, 60 So. 876, 877, 43 L.R.A.,N.S., 664.
